Rachel has been employed by Strickland Veterinary Clinic since 2004. She became a certified Veterinary Technician in 2005 after graduating from the Pima Community College Veterinary Technician program. She also holds a B.S. degree in Pharmacology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Prior to working in the veterinary field, Rachel worked in Pharmaceutical Research for several years. Making the switch in careers was one of the best things she ever did, as working at the clinic with animals and their owners is extremely satisfying and enjoyable.
