Rachel has been employed by Strickland Veterinary Clinic since 2004. She became a Certified Veterinary Technician in 2005 after graduating from the Pima Community College Veterinary Technician program. She also holds a B.S. degree in Pharmacology from the University of California Santa Barbara. Prior to working in the veterinary field, Rachel worked in Pharmaceutical Research for several years. Making the switch in careers was one of the best things she ever did, as working at the Clinic with animals and their owners is extremely satisfying and enjoyable.
Kris was born and raised here in Tucson, and has worked at Strickland Veterinary Clinic as the bookkeeper and office manager since 1994!
Although she does not currently have a pet of her own, she loves spending time with all the animals at the clinic. When not at work, she enjoys her time with her husband and two grown children.
Cierra moved to Tucson from Las Vegas in 2012 and started working at Strickland Veterinary Clinic in 2017. She is currently working towards a degree in Veterinary Science with a minor in Africana Studies at The University of Arizona and intends to become a veterinarian one day. She loves animals of all species, but spends most of her time working with horses. Cierra loves to give back to the community and when she’s not with animals, she’s generally volunteering at various organizations around Tucson. She loves all the furry friends that walk through Strickland’s doors!
Nicole is a Tucson native and has been in the veterinary field for 17 years. She has worked in all positions, from Veterinary Technician to Veterinary Receptionist. Nicole has been with Strickland Veterinary Clinic since 2017 and loves to connect with all the clients that walk through our doors. She loves all furry critters and has a couple of her own, a rottweiler and a black and white cat.
Kendall moved to Tucson from Flagstaff, Arizona to work towards a B.S. degree in Veterinary Science at the University of Arizona. She hopes to become a veterinarian one day. She started working at Strickland Veterinary Clinic in 2019 and loves working with all kinds of animals, but has a special love for cats and dogs. She even has a little schnauzer of her own! Working at the clinic is so gratifying and heart warming for her and she loves to help our furry friends.
Taylor is a student at the University of Arizona pursuing her Bachelors of Science in Veterinary Science with an emphasis in Animal Behavior. She has loved animals since childhood and has developed a particular interest in dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Woodrow. She looks forward to making friends with every furry pet that comes to Strickland Veterinary Clinic!
Gabrielle is originally from Silver City, New Mexico, but has been in Tucson since 2001. She started her career as a technician in 2009 and has enjoyed working in the field ever since. In her free time, she loves to hike with her dog, Gambit. She joined our team in February 2020 and looks forward to meeting all the pets that walk through our doors!
Ashley is a Tucson native and has been working in the veterinary field for 15 years. She started with us in 2020 and likes working with clients to provide an easy and enjoyable experience for their pets. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and taking her dogs, Aja and Bender, on hikes.
Morgan recently graduated from the veterinary technician program at Central Carolina Community College located in North Carolina. She grew up in Southern Pines, North Carolina, but moved to Tucson in 2019. She has two cats, Casper and Winston, and is excited to be part of the community here in Tucson.
